We visit the property and assess what may help before going to market.
We look at the home as a buyer would, while also taking into account your budget, timescale, and the overall condition of the property. Not every home needs major work, and part of our role is helping you avoid spending money where it is unlikely to add value.
We’ll identify practical areas that may improve presentation, appeal, and saleability, such as:

After the visit, we’ll set out what we believe is worth doing and what is optional. This gives you a clear idea of the work involved and helps you decide how far you want to go.
Depending on your needs, this may be based around one of our service packages or a more bespoke plan.
